How to Access The Service
There are two ways of accessing this unique service.
Simply download and complete the application form and direct debit mandate and send to the address below.

OR
Call us on 0844 848 1460 and we will send you an application form and explanatory leaflet which you return to us at the address below.
Once we receive your completed application a direct debit mandate will be established and you will be sent confirmation of your unique registration number and certificate of membership.
To access any one of the three services call the helpline number shown on your registration document or wallet reference card.
